四 | 要求平台科学设置运价体系，遵守抽成比例上限，整治补贴冲单、低价倾销等无序竞争行为。落实明码标价规定，公开计价规则、抽成比例及各类收费标准，统筹保障乘客出行权益与驾驶员劳动收益，维护公平的市场竞争环境。压实营运数据报送责任。
五 | 各签约平台须严格落实数字化治理主体责任，按照监管要求，实时、准确、完整报送营运相关数据。
六 | 健全车辆、驾驶员、失信人员等工作台账，筑牢网络安全、数据安全及个人信息保护防线，以数字化赋能智慧监管。参与签约的 17 家网约车平台表示，将严格恪守公约条款，主动履行社会责任，坚持合规经营、规范服务、暖心保障，提升出行服务品质，助力上海网约车行业高质量发展，服务城市综合交通出行保障。下一步，行业协会将建立定期会商机制和年度履约检查制度，常态化开展督导检查，通过公约执行情况，督促履约不力平台企业限期整改，切实保障公约各项条款落地见效。
